The ExcellenceBenchmark Assessment is our most comprehensive assessment of the organisational maturity of your school / trust.

Drawing on the outcomes from our comprehensive staff survey, management review, focus groups and interviews with key managers, this assessment triangulates the data with existing measures of performance to help you to identify and prioritise improvements that will raise your performance further.
Based on the ethos of peer review, we also aim to provide valuable CPD for senior leaders, giving them opportunities to support similar assessments in other settings, promoting the sharing of good practice across the sector.
