Management Review

The Management Review is an online survey for senior leaders and board members;  it provides a light touch assessment of your organisational maturity.

Our BuildingBlocks (shown opposite) describe the various strategic elements in any organisation;   our online review uses these concepts structured in a simplified form under the nine criteria of the EFQM Excellence Model to provide an indicative benchmark of your organisation's maturity.

Click here to experience this review with no obligation.  Leave your details and I will gladly provide a report on the outcomes at no charge.  I offer one free report per organisation.  Alternatively, contact me to discuss how you could get a combined report from your full leadership team.

Management Review - FAQ

How can I get a combined report for my team?

Please contact me for details if you would like your entire leadership team to use this to get a combined report.  I can send all members of your team an email link to the survey and provide one combined report.

How does the Management Review link to the Staff Survey?
The staff survey asks people about their personal experience of working for your organisation.

The management review asks senior leaders / board members about how they view the overall effectiveness of your organisation's systems and structures.

The two surveys are therefore complementary and I can offer discounts for running the two surveys together.

You refer to a Benchmark Assessment?

The most powerful analysis is when the two surveys are triangulated with existing data on your organisation's performance and followed up with on site focus groups and meetings with senior leaders to provide a full ExcellenceBenchmark assessment.

What CPD opportunities can you offer my Leadership Team?

The full ExcellenceBenchmark assessment process can provide rich opportunities for senior leaders - and board members - to develop their understanding of strategic management alongside assessment skills.

It is particularly powerful if we can mix and match across organisations to provide a peer-assessment experience - sharing good practice between settings.
